RespiCare is looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals eager to become part of a rapidly growing Respiratory Home Care Company.

RespiCare will train new graduates! Both RT's and CRT's are being hired for exciting home care positions.

Home Care Therapist

Purpose of Position: Responsible for providing respiratory services for patients as directed by a physician and to promote good customer services and establish public confidence in RespiCare.
Duties: The following list describes the various duties provided by an RespiCare Home Care Therapist:

  • Instruct patient on use of oxygen equipment, hand-held nebulizers, CPAP, BiPAP, non-invasive ventilators and related equipment
  • Instruct patient and/or family members on postural drainage, percussion, diaphragmatic breathing and pursed lip breathing.
  • Conduct regular patient assessment - objective and subjective.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures for physicians in their office.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, reports and forms.
  • Be available for patient services after hours when assigned.
  • Evaluate and assess patient's needs for all respiratory therapy treatments under a physician's orders.
  • Establish and follow a routine schedule that will minimize excessive travel, maximize time and assure all patients are serviced.
  • Establish and maintain complete files on all patients.
  • Submit required reports as requested.
  • Satisfactorily complete all assigned studies and development programs.

Medical Representative

Purpose of Position: Responsible for the promotion and sales of RespiCare products and services within an assigned territory, to provide accurate information concerning RespiCare products and services to all members of the medical health care field, to promote good customer services and establish public confidence in our company.
Duties: The following list describes the various duties provided by an RespiCare Medical Representative:

  • Achieve an assigned sales budget.
  • Provide information and related services to physicians in order to convince them to use our company's product/service when indicated in the course of appropriate therapy.
  • Establish and adhere to a work plan that will achieve personal and company goals.
  • Establish and follow a routine schedule that will minimize excessive travel and maximize time and effort.
  • Maintain all assigned company property (records, equipment, selling aids).
  • Establish and maintain complete files on all professional accounts.
  • Submit required reports and correspondence as requested.
  • Attend and participate in all sales meetings and training classes.
  • Satisfactorily complete all assigned studies and development programs.

Sales Manager

A strong background in the HME/respiratory equipment industry with an understanding of respiratory medications delivered to patients in the home. A naturally high achieving and exceptionally driven individual who strives to smash sales targets striving for excellent customer service. Documented history of sales success with less than 2 job changes within the last 5 years.

Position requires:

  • An individual, who has managed medical representatives, understands consultative selling.
  • Ability to build relationships with Physicians and manage a territory to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers in Hospitals, and Medical Centers.
  • Have an understanding of how to handle internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Be able to demonstrate strategic management, coaching and training skills.
  • The ability to hire, lead and train and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrate sales skills, management ability, coaching and development of high performance sales team
  • Responsible for ensuring team and individual targets are met and exceeded.
  • An understanding of Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid. Experience and success negotiating private insurance contracts.
  • Ability to cold-call and CLOSE new accounts in addition to supporting existing accounts.

Compensation:

We are offering a highly competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a base salary with commissions and bonuses based on sales team results.
